The base model of the Deep Litter Coop measures 6' x 8' and comes with an attached walk-in run, giving it an overall length of 12 feet. Priced at $3900, the basic unit includes a functioning cupola for nesting boxes, multiple roosting bars, and a secure walk-in run, providing ample space for your chickens to roam and roost comfortably.

Customize Your Coop with Add-Ons:

• Extend to 16 Feet: Expand the run to 16 feet for an additional $500, giving your flock even more room to explore.
• Covered Roof: Upgrade to a 12-foot covered steel roof with an additional 4-foot wire section for a balanced mix of shade and light for $500.
• Duck Hutch/Storage Boxes: Add a duck hutch or storage box on either side of the run for $250 each.
• Automatic Feeder Box: Install an automatic feeding system for $250.
• Automatic Water Box: Ensure your flock always has access to fresh water with an automatic water box for $300.
• Automatic Chicken Door: An automatic chicken door is included in the base model, with a $25 charge for the required mounting board.

When arranging delivery, ensure you have a cleared, flat, level area with a direct path that our truck and trailer can access.
