The Large Root Pod™ was developed in response to one of the most common requests from our customers: “Can you make a larger version?”

Built from the success of our original Root Pod™, this larger model is designed for propagating larger branches and producing larger clones. It accommodates branches up to 7/8” in diameter and features a larger rooting chamber, making it ideal for bigger trees, shrubs, and other woody plants.

Manufactured in Lapeer, Michigan by Americana Manufacturing, each Large Root Pod™ is injection molded from durable polypropylene for years of reliable use. Four replaceable foam inserts seal around the branch to help hold your preferred rooting media securely in place while the branch remains attached to the parent plant during the air layering process.

Whether you’re a home gardener, orchard owner, nursery, or professional grower, the Large Root Pod™ provides a durable, reusable solution for propagating larger plants.
